Project Management at RAW Technologies ties into every other service we provide. The method that projects are handled often dictate whether they will succeed or not.
Here at RAW Technologies we are happy to take the lead on your project, we have extensive experience of working with a variety of organisations and effectively assigning tasks so that projects meet their deadlines. Likewise we are happy to work with your own Project Managers and use your own processes if required.
Typically a RAW Project is Managed centrally on a Kanban Board, with access shared and work assigned from there. We find this approach to work fairly universally, but the most important aspect is always communication and we’re happy to fit around your needs and preferences. You may prefer to have us on the other end of a phone every day, or you might want us to come on site every week.
We’re passionate about getting projects over the line, and that’s what we’ll do.
